Booking Policy

Booking with Confidence

Thank you for choosing to share an experience with Chad Sheppard.

These Booking Policies are designed to provide clarity and ensure every experience begins with mutual understanding and respect. If you have any questions before booking, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

 

Booking Your Experience

 

Bookings can be made through our website or by contacting us directly.

A booking is confirmed once the required deposit or full payment (where applicable) has been received.

 

Deposits

 

The following deposits apply to private experiences:

  • Individual Experience – $100

  • Couples Experience – $150

  • Family / Group Experience – $200

The remaining balance is payable on the day of your experience unless you choose to pay in full at the time of booking.

 

Community Sound Series

 

Community Sound Series bookings require full payment at the time of booking.

Places are limited and bookings are confirmed once payment has been received.

 

Locations

 

Experiences may be held:

  • At Chad's location

  • At your home

  • Outdoors

  • At another agreed location

The location will be confirmed before your booking.

 

Travel

 

Travel within Chad's local service area is included.

If your booking is outside this area, an additional travel fee may apply. Any additional travel costs will always be discussed and agreed upon before your booking is confirmed.

 

Rescheduling

 

If you need to reschedule your booking, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice where possible.

We will do our best to find another suitable time for your experience.

 

Cancellations

 

If you choose to cancel your booking with less than 48 hours' notice, your booking deposit may be retained.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

 

If We Need to Cancel

 

If Chad is unable to deliver your experience due to illness, unforeseen circumstances or unsafe conditions, we will first offer to reschedule your booking.

If another suitable time cannot be agreed upon, a full refund will be provided.

 

Weather

 

For outdoor experiences, weather conditions may occasionally require changes.

Where possible, we will:

  • Move to another suitable location; or

  • Reschedule your experience.

If neither option is suitable, a refund will be available upon request.

 

Arrival

 

Please arrive on time so you can enjoy the full experience.

If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you. Where the day's schedule allows, Chad may extend your session; however, this cannot always be guaranteed due to other bookings.

 

Children

 

Children are welcome to attend appropriate experiences.

A minimum recommended age of 6 months applies.

Parents and guardians remain responsible for supervising children throughout the experience.

 

Respectful Participation

 

Chad is committed to creating a safe, respectful and welcoming environment for everyone.

We ask all participants to treat others with kindness and respect.

Chad reserves the right to end an experience where behaviour is abusive, threatening, aggressive, intoxicated or creates an unsafe environment.

 

Respect and Inclusion

Chad welcomes people of all backgrounds, beliefs and levels of experience.

Experiences are offered in a respectful, inclusive and non-judgemental environment where everyone is encouraged to participate in a way that feels comfortable for them.
